Shipping policy
All items will be shipped within the time frame given when the purchase was made.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible.
We are not responsible for incorrect addresses. If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order.
We are not responsible for international duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These are not included in the shipping cost. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import charges before ordering.
