CUSTOM ORDERS WILL USUALLY BE DISPATCHED AFTER APPROXIMATELY 6 WEEKS ( DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME) *some orders may take longer than this due to complexity but we will always let you know the timeframe before payment is made.

How to place a custom order:

 

1. Please send an email to prowrestlinggearuk@gmail.com  or message us on Instagram to request a custom order (please allow 2-3 days for a response).  In this message please include details such as; which items you’d like made and any designs you’ve drawn up (or alternatively, some inspirational pictures and a request for us to design your items).  Please also include your location.

2. We will reply with a quote and any additional questions we may have regarding the design.  We will also request your email address at this time if we don’t already have it.

 

3.  If you’d like to proceed then we will email an invoice to you for a non-refundable £100 deposit (this is deducted from the final amount we quoted you)

 

4. If necessary, we will be in touch within a few weeks after payment to confirm fabric choices. If you have requested for us to design your items, we will provide you with a sketch at this stage for your approval. After this point we are unable to make any changes.

 

5. We will begin making your custom items.  If we have any questions during this time we will contact you, otherwise we will not be in contact until we have finished making your order.

 

 

6. When we have finished creating your items we will send you pictures and email an invoice for the remaining amount due ( I.e. the amount we quoted you minus the £100 deposit) and once we receive payment your order will be shipped using a trackable service.

 

- UK orders will be shipped using Royal Mail Next Day delivery which should arrive the next working day

 

-International orders will be shipped using Parcelforce Global Priority which aims to deliver between 3-10 working days (we cannot be held responsible for shipping delays, customs delays or customs charges)

 

*We are only able to accept a certain amount of custom orders per month, so please don’t be disheartened if we’re unable to take on your order at the time you make your request and please feel free to make another request at any time!
 

PLEASE NOTE:

 

* Custom pieces are non-refundable

* We do not make any pieces for children

* Please leave plenty of time between the estimated dispatch date and the date you need it by (incase of shipping/customs delays etc)

* Any delays caused by waiting for payment/information needed to complete order will result in extra time being added to dispatch date
