- How long will it take to receive my order?
As everything is made to order, our dispatch time is currently 4 weeks. This means that your item will be ready to ship in 4 weeks (shipping time is not included in the 4 weeks). Approximate shipping times are as follows:
UK: 1-3 working days
International: 5-14 working days
Unfortunately the pandemic may cause delays to shipping times.
- Why is my order taking so long to arrive?
If you have received an email saying your order has been dispatched, and the approximate shipping times have passed, then it is possible your item may be stuck in customs. We are not responsible for these delays and the can sometimes add a couple of weeks onto shipping times. Please take this into account when ordering.
If your order tracking says "Delivered", and you still have not received your package you should contact the shipping provider immediately. They should be able to locate your package for you. If they cannot, a claim needs to be filed with them as soon as possible. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you have put in the wrong address at checkout and your package is sent back to us, you will have to cover the fees to reship the order. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses.
Why have I been charged customs fees for receiving my parcel?
We are not responsible for international duties, taxes, and/or customs fees. These are not included in the shipping cost. Please make sure you are familiar with your country's import charges before ordering as they will be your responsibility to pay.
- Can I cancel my order?
Yes, we can accept cancellation requests up to 48 hours after your order is placed. Please do so by emailing prowrestlinggearuk@gmail.com. If 48 hours have passed then unfortunately we cannot process a cancellation.
- Can I get a refund or exchange?
Unfortunately we do not offer refunds or exchanges as all of are products are made to order and custom. If there are any issues with your items then please contact us at prowrestlinggearuk@gmail.com and we will try our best to help fix the issue.
- How do I care for my gear?
All gear should be hand washed in lukewarm water, do not use harsh soaps or scrub harshly. It should be placed flat to dry. After wearing your gear, it should be kept flat or folded neatly until it can be washed ( I.e do not crumple up while wet), in order to avoid any colour run due to dampness from sweat.
If you choose 2 colours for your gear (i.e. a contrasting trim) there is a chance that high pigmented colour may run if used alongside a light colour. We will not be responsible for this.
Any wet look/ metallic/ shine fabrics will naturally fade through use and washing, so please take this into account when placing your order.
- The colour I ordered looked different on my screen?
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear different on different screens.
- What size should I order?
As our gear is non refundable, its very important to get your size right. We have detailed size charts for each item and a diagram of where to measure yourself. When using a measuring tape, do not pull it too tight or hold it too loose. It may help to have a friend or family member help measure you. We will not be held responsible for items that don't fit, so please take care when measuring yourself.
- What method is used to customise the gear?
We can add a word, phrase or logo to any gear using heat transfer vinyl. This means that they are printed on, not sewn on.
